Refund Policy – Ummah Host BD
At Ummah Host BD, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions under which they may or may not be granted.
By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following refund terms.
1. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be approved if Ummah Host BD is unable to resolve a technical issue or provide the purchased service as promised.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service activation date. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
Domain Registration
Domain Renewal
Domain Transfer (once the transfer process has started)
VPS Hosting
Dedicated Servers
Reseller Hosting
Setup fees (if applicable)
Any service suspended, canceled, or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Service Suspension or Termination
If your service is suspended, canceled, or permanently terminated because you violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law, you will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Account Credit
Funds added to your Client Area Account Credit Balance are non-refundable.
However, your available account credit may be used to purchase or renew any other service offered by Ummah Host BD.
5. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will only be accepted through the Client Area.
Requests submitted via email, social media, live chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel will not be accepted.
Once a cancellation request has been processed, the canceled service cannot be reactivated. A new order must be placed if you wish to use the service again.
6. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service:
Log in to your Client Area.
Navigate to the service you wish to cancel.
Click the Request Cancellation option.
Complete the cancellation form.
Submit your request.
7. Cancellation Options
Your service will be permanently deleted within 1 to 24 hours after approval.
This option permanently removes the service from our servers.
Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
It will automatically terminate on the billing due date.
Refunds are not available when choosing this cancellation option.
8. Refund Processing
After submitting a cancellation request, you must open a support ticket with our Billing Department if you are requesting a refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 1 to 15 business days, depending on the payment gateway and payment method used.
Applicable deductions may include:
Payment gateway fees
Transaction fees
Bank transfer charges
Mobile financial service cash-out fees
Other processing charges (where applicable)
These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Account Credit Refund
If you wish to withdraw funds from your Ummah Host BD Account Credit Balance, please create a Billing Support Ticket and clearly mention your refund request.
Once approved, eligible account credit refunds are typically processed within 1 minute to 1 hour, depending on the selected payment method.
10. Right to Refuse Refunds
Ummah Host BD reserves the right to deny any refund request if:
False or misleading information has been provided.
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
The service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
The request falls outside the refund eligibility period.

By purchasing any service from Ummah Host BD, you acknowledge and agree that:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days, where applicable.
Domains, VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Reseller Hosting are non-refundable.
Account credit is non-refundable but can be used toward other Ummah Host BD services.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Area only.
Refund processing times and deductions depend on the payment gateway and applicable transaction charges.
