A Business Directory listing does not automatically establish an official partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or commercial relationship with Ummah Host BD.
To qualify for consideration, applicants must:
Represent a legitimate business or organization.
Provide accurate company information and a valid contact email.
Submit an operational website, where applicable.
Upload an authentic company logo that they are authorized to use.
Describe their products and services accurately.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Ummah Host BD reserves the right to request additional information before approving any application.
Business listing applications are subject to administrative review.
Submitting an application does not guarantee publication or partnership approval.
Ummah Host BD may approve, reject, request modifications to, suspend, or remove a listing when necessary to maintain the quality, security, and credibility of the platform.
Official Partner status is granted only after separate confirmation or authorization by Ummah Host BD.

Ummah Host BD may introduce optional premium listing features in the future. Any applicable fees and conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
By submitting company information, applicants confirm that they own or have permission to use the submitted logos, trademarks, descriptions, and other materials.
Applicants grant Ummah Host BD a non-exclusive, revocable permission to display their submitted business information and branding within the directory, ecosystem pages, and related partnership materials, including automatically generated partnership profiles.
Ownership of all submitted trademarks and brand assets remains with their respective owners.
Ummah Host BD does not claim ownership of third-party brands.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their submitted information remains accurate and up to date.
False partnership claims, misleading descriptions, unauthorized branding, fraudulent information, and impersonation are strictly prohibited.
Companies must not describe themselves as an Official Partner of Ummah Host BD unless such status has been expressly confirmed.
Company names, logos, websites, business descriptions, and submitted business contact email addresses may be publicly displayed.
Applicants should provide a suitable business email rather than a private or confidential email address.
Information collected solely for internal administration will not intentionally be displayed as public listing content.
Depending on the nature of the relationship and any separately agreed terms, approved partners may be considered for:
Brand visibility within our technology ecosystem.
Joint marketing and promotional opportunities.
Technical and business collaboration.
Product integration opportunities.
Referral and business development initiatives.
Inclusion in relevant corporate partnership materials.
Specific commercial benefits, commissions, discounts, or service commitments are not guaranteed by a directory listing and require separate agreement.
The following are not permitted:

Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks.
Malicious websites, phishing, or illegal services.
Spam or deceptive promotional activities.

Businesses may request corrections or removal of their listings by contacting our team through an authorized business email address. We may request reasonable verification before processing such requests.
